What is a cron expression?
A cron expression is a string of five fields that defines a recurring schedule:

Does this tool support seconds?
Standard crontab and most schedulers use five fields (no seconds). Quartz and some libraries use six or seven fields — for those, keep the five standard fields and prepend a seconds value.
What does day-of-week 7 mean?
In standard cron, 0 and 7 both mean Sunday. This generator accepts both.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
